 JOB DESCRIPTIONS FOR CYBERFIND.INFO

CyberFind.info is a new venture with two founders one of which came from the technology field and co-founded a technology company with John Sculley, former CEO of Apple Computers and Pepsi.  The venture also includes a group of top notch sales personnel that came from the Phone Directory and Internet Yellow Pages industry.  Most of what we are doing cannot be disclosed at this time but the positions we are looking for can.  Most of the positions we are looking for are independent contractors whereby you can work for home in a virtual environment.  There are also full time positions available in University Place, WA.

General Website Designers (Independent Contractor)

There are two different classes of website designers.  The first class represents people who have the ability to design websites quickly.  They must be versed in PHP, some Java scripting (but cut and paste and modify is acceptable).  They need to understand the concept of META TAGS and ALT META TAGS.  They do not have to be experts for the General category and some training will be provided.  Websites will be designed from simple 3-4 page sites to robust high page county sites.  Experience required in the Adobe Suite of software for web development and Photo Shop treatments.  These websites will be charged a pre-packaged rate scheme from low cost to high. Project based compensation.

Lead Manager (Full Time)

CyberFind is looking for an innovative, cross-functional digital media professional that excels in incorporating website and graphic design to deliver accurate results. You must be able to work in a creative and collaborative environment where customer service, marketing and technical skills can contribute to the overall goal of the organization.

This position will supervise General Website Designers and put the finishing touches on advertiser postings in the areas of the TITLE, DESCRIPTION, and KEYWORD/KEYPHRASE META TAGS.  This position will also be responsible for other administrative functions related specifically to job.

This person must possess all of the skills a Generalist has and more.  More information will be shared on position during interview. Salary to be negotiated.

Customer and Sales Support Professional (Full Time)

This position is a phone position that will support the sales force in the field.  It will involve visiting requested websites and giving quick appraisals of that website regarding the META TAGS, current position placement on Google, and other helpful information as required by sales.  We will train for this position. Salary to be negotiated.
